I lost my card

It happens sometimes...

  • At the door and need access right away? Call us.  We may be able to grant access without your card.

  • Self help option:  Log in to add a new CLIPPER card to your account.  You can buy a replacement card on site at most locations.

  • Contact us to deactivate your lost card.  Provide your full name, email or phone number so we can look up your account.

In person options: drop by one of our staffed facilities.  See location pages for hours and availability
